We have opened up submissions so that any producer can submit any amount of beats each month to be selected for the program. In exchange the producer will not only have a song out with Illuminous 3, but they will also have a mini-interview to showcase what other things they are working on and gain some further exposure. And to top it all off the fans get some free music so everyone wins!

Robert Bradford - Recycled Toy Sculptures

Robert Bradford creates his life-size and larger-than-life sculptures of humans and animals from discarded plastic items, mainly toys but also other colorful plastic bits and pieces, such as combs and buttons, brushes and parts of clothes pegs.

In 2002, he started to consider the possibilities that his children’s forgotten toys could have as part of something bigger. Bradford says he likes the idea that the plastic pieces have a history, some unknown past, and that they also pass on a “cultural” history as each of the pieces represents a point in time. Recycling is not his primary concern, but each sculpture certainly keeps quite a few pieces from becoming landfill. Its been over a month since my last post which is crazy and the reason being Ive been really trying to focus my energys on my album and the usual suspects album as well as trying to make paper for various things, majorly shoes and clothes etc......, with that being said you can cleary see that I just dont have the time to sit in front of this lovely screen and blog for hours on end, something I INDEED love to do. The new format will be changing primarily to photos of my life and most that is included in this life of mine. Those good ol days of music videos, design, and other things that Im infatuated with are over.goodbye old blog and hello to the new.

p.s. not to say that I am completely done with these things but lets just say for now there will be FAR less of that stuff going around. I hope you like my pictures

So my mans Gordan(name changed for privacy issues) is getting married tomorrow(whoa) and alot of people I know/grew up with are starting to get married, which scares me. Here at sacks fifth ave we discussed this and all seemed equally afraid of this scary thing called marriage. Why cant you just stay with the person that you love and not have to have some title and expensive ceremony? My aunt and her boyfriend have been to together for as long as I can remember and they seemed to be pleased as plums. I know one thing the plus sides of weddings are getting fly, which you know Im about to be killing em, receptions(unless its alcohol free which I did go to one of those the other week weaaaaakkk), and all the attractive women who are equally as sad that their losing their friend and is drowning their sorrow in wine. That and watching elderly people cut a rug in the dance floor is purely classic.
